私は、個人で、Gateway G6-200 と、４DX2-66V。会社で、G6-266 を使っています。

このページは、この３機種に関する話題（だけ）ですが、書いてある内容は、Gatewayを使っている方であれば、何らかのヒントにはなると思います。

 高速CPUに交換してみる

"G6-266" に、333MHzのCPUをつけてみる

G6-266のボードには、233MHzまたは266MHzのCPUしか乗らないと書いてありますが、ジャンパ設定を変えると、同じCPUシリーズ（Klamath）の 300MHzや333MHz にすることができるようです。

"G6-200" のBIOSをUPGRADEしてみる

私のPC（G6-200）は、1.00.04.CS1T ですので、1.00.08.CS1T にUpgradeしてみようと思っています。

"Pentium Pro BIOS. Your BIOS must end with CS1T. ”を選択して、

1004CS1T.exe と、1008CS1T.exe の２つがありましたので、1008CS1T.exe をダウンロードしました。（16 Jan 1999）
